Why do I need an account? What does it do?
Your Jallosh.com account is a security feature, which not only simplifies transactions, but also personalizes Jallosh.com for your needs. Once you create your user account, Jallosh.com will be able to remember you each time you visit and offer the attractive deals. There is no charge to you to have an account.

Why do I need to register ?
Jalosh.com has a cash on delivery facility which is based on trust. To prevent fraudulent orders and also to permit "one click shopping" you need to be a registered user.

EShopping - HELP

Ordering from Jallosh.com

1. Ordering is a very simple procedure. Please register yourself before starting your online shopping.
2. Our home page will give you the items on special offer.
3. Other than this you can click on the category of your choice on the home page.
4. To add a chosen item, click on Add To Cart. If you would like to see a detailed description of the item you have chosen, click on the image.
5. After shopping, click on Check Out and thereafter on Order Now to confirm your order.

Buttons
1. View Cart View cart allows you to view the items you have purchased so far.

2. Forgot Password If you have forgotten your password then fill in your name and user id and we will send you an email with your password.
 
3. Change Password This facility allows you to change your password, if you so desire. You have to enter your user id and your current password correctly, then type in your new one, reconfirm it and click on the change button.

4. Modify User profile
This facility allows you to modify any personal details like change in telephone number, address etc. For this you have to be a registered user. To modify your profile it is imperative that you log on by entering your USER ID and PASSWORD and then make the necessary changes.

5. Register Now 1. To have access to our service you have to be a registered user.

2. Before registering, you will have to go through our rules and regulations. If you find them acceptable then click on the I ACCEPT button - only then will you be able to enter into the registration form.

3. After filling in the form you will receive an e-mail from us as per the e-mail address given by you in the registration form. So make sure it is a valid one.

4. You will get a Password in your e-mail, make a note of this Password. 5. Come back to Jallosh.com and fill in your User Id and Password to complete the registration process.

6. If you would like to change your password after registering with us, you may do so by going to 'Change Password' in Jallosh.com

7. Please make sure that your postal address is correct in order to be able to deliver your goods promptly.

6. Modify Cart
Modify cart allows you to make any necessary changes in your shopping cart. You can either delete an unwanted item or change the quantity of an item that has already been chosen.

7. Check Out
1. "CheckOut" is the equivalent of going to the cash counter. Here you can see a list of the items you have purchased so far along with the respective costs and also the grand total.
2. Choose your mode of payment by clicking on the drop box, click on the "Order Now" button and then the goods will be delivered to the address you enter in the Delivery Details.

8. Continue Shopping
Continue Shopping is a facility which

1. Takes you back to the page you were last shopping on so that you can continue your shopping if you so wish.
2. If you have not shopped at all and were just browsing through the pages then this facility will take you back to the index page, so that you can start shopping.

9. Reminder Service
Reminder Service is a facility through which we send you a reminder in the form of an Email for any particular occasion that you need to be reminded of. In the reminder service, the following fields mean:

1. Name of the Reminder : Whomever the occasion pertains to.
2. Occasion : Choose an occasion from the drop down box.
3. Date Of the Occasion : The date of the occasion itself.
4. Comments : Whatever you would like our Email to contain to you regarding the reminder.

10. Order Status
Order Status is a facility that helps you check on the status of your order. For this you have to fill in the order number that you get when you 'Check Out'.

11. Tracking number
Deliveries outside Maharashtra will have a tracking number, by entering the tracking number, our customers can track their orders to know the exact delivery date.
